To create an account on jyjil, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account is for personal use only. Playing or betting on behalf of a third party is not allowed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.

jyjil reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be suspended or closed and the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

jyjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraud, collusion, or misconduct.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Funds can be deposited on jyjil via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Once a deposit transaction is completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly.
• If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.
• jyjil may request additional verification for certain transactions.
• Deposits made by methods other than the approved payment methods will not be accepted.

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal is not possible if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• If fraud is suspected on an account, the withdrawal may be suspended or rejected.

jyjil offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receiving and using the bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 10 times the total amount (deposit + bonus).
• Example 1: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example 2: Depositing ৳12,000 gives a bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳20,000.
• If you attempt to withdraw without meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jyjil reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be suspended.

jyjil's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. Cashback is paid at a set time each week. jyjil reserves the right to change the cashback amount and schedule.
